CRT advances to financial evaluation in Bank of Jamaica SupTech tender

Compliant Risk Technology (CRT) · Published

Compliant Risk Technology (CRT) has progressed through shortlisting and technical evaluation to the financial evaluation stage of the Bank of Jamaica’s procurement for a Supervisory Technology (SupTech) solution, RFP No. 2025-51-01-02.

In its technical evaluation notification dated 27 July 2026, the Bank confirmed that CRT’s proposal exceeded the minimum qualifying score of 88 points. The notification explained that only financial proposals from bidders meeting the qualifying technical score would be opened, with the other proposals remaining unopened.

CRT’s financial proposal is now included in the Government of Jamaica’s public bid-opening record. This marks a milestone in a process that includes eligibility checks, technical assessment, shortlisting, vendor demonstrations and financial evaluation, followed by a combined technical and financial assessment.

In subsequent correspondence dated 28 October 2026, the Bank advised that the procurement was in its final stages. CRT remains engaged in the process and ready to support the remaining steps in the procurement process.

We welcome this progress and look forward to the conclusion of the procurement process and formal confirmation of the final results. The tender remains listed as being under evaluation.
