    About CRT and CORA

CRT builds CORA, a supervisory technology platform used by central banks and financial regulators in more than 20 jurisdictions. It covers regulatory reporting, supervisory workflows, analytics, and AI-assisted processing.

The market is specialised, international, and small. Our buyers are central banks and financial supervisors, and a purchase pulls in several stakeholders, a technical evaluation, procurement, and senior sign-off. What moves them is what their regulatory peers are already doing, content that survives expert scrutiny, and the consultants and training bodies who are in the room before we are.

We are a small team, and you would have direct access to the founders, the domain specialists, the engineers, and the clients.

There is no marketing function yet. There is a product, a customer base, and a lot of domain expertise sitting in people's heads.

    The role

You will own how CORA is positioned and presented. The job is to build the conditions where good commercial conversations happen: clear positioning, credible content, the right events, partnerships worth having, and a prospect pipeline someone can actually see.

You would own positioning and credibility rather than a sales quota or a lead-volume target. The total addressable market is a list of named institutions you could read out loud, so relevance and accuracy count for more than campaign count.

The hard part: you are building this without much to build on. No pipeline history to mine, no campaign data, and a sample size too small for anything you could honestly call a test. Judgement has to do the work that volume usually does, and you will sometimes be wrong in public.

    What you will do

    • Own CORA's positioning and messaging across suptech, regtech, and financial supervision.
    • Run a focused content strategy: thought leadership, regulatory explainers, case studies, technical briefs, and product material that holds up in front of an expert reader.
    • Build the content calendar and distribution approach with the founders, the Business Analyst, the Technical Writer, and whoever else holds the expertise.
    • Own our digital presence: the CORA website, LinkedIn, mailing activity, publication opportunities, and search visibility.
    • Set the events strategy. Decide what to attend, sponsor, or speak at, and give each one a purpose and a follow-up plan before we book it.
    • Back demonstrations, proposals, and client conversations with materials, references, and reusable answers.
    • Develop partnerships with consulting firms, regulatory training bodies, and academic institutions that already have our buyers' attention.
    • Keep a working view of prospects and opportunities: current status, next step, and where each conversation came from.
    • Measure what can be measured in a long-cycle market, and be honest about the rest.
    • Represent CRT with prospects, partners, event organisers, and industry communities.
    • Direct the day-to-day work of a Marketing Associate once that role is filled.

    What you bring

    • 4+ years of B2B marketing with real ownership of content, positioning, events, partnerships, or go-to-market.
    • Experience marketing something complex to senior decision-makers in an enterprise or regulated industry.
    • A portfolio of clear, credible B2B content or campaigns you shaped and shipped.
    • Excellent written and spoken Croatian and English. External content is mostly English; internally we use both.
    • Planning for and representing an organisation at industry events.
    • Familiarity with long enterprise buying journeys: multiple stakeholders, technical evaluation, procurement, senior approval.
    • The ability to turn expert input into positioning without flattening it or overclaiming.
    • Stakeholder management across founders, domain experts, technical teams, and outside partners.
    • Comfort reasoning from small numbers, where one opportunity matters more than an aggregate.
    • Willingness to set priorities yourself, and to bring brand, budget, partnership, and positioning calls to the founders.
    • A considered view on AI-assisted tooling, including where it does not help.

You do not need to have sold to a central bank before.

    Useful additional experience

    • fintech, regtech, suptech, financial services, or another regulated B2B product
    • central banks, financial supervisors, regulatory bodies, or their advisory partners
    • account-based marketing for a small set of named organisations
    • analyst relations, PR, or specialist media relations
    • partnerships with consultancies, training organisations, or universities
    • CRM ownership and marketing operations
    • SEO, webinars, video, or content distribution
    • French

    First 90 days

Understand the audience and what market presence we already have, set clear priorities, and take ownership of the marketing calendar, the core messaging, the events pipeline, and prospect visibility.

Where this goes next is broader marketing leadership with execution support underneath you. The Marketing Associate role is the first piece of that.

    Working at CRT

    • Remote anywhere in the EU, with occasional trips to Zagreb.
    • Flexible hours. Zagreb time is when most of us overlap.
    • Travel to events, conferences, and partner meetings several times a year, reimbursed.
    • Direct access to founders, domain experts, clients, and prospects.
    • Laptop and phone provided.
    • Time off above the statutory minimum is negotiable.
