    About CRT and CORA

CRT builds CORA, a supervisory technology platform used by central banks and financial regulators in more than 20 jurisdictions. It covers regulatory reporting, supervisory workflows, analytics, and AI-assisted processing.

The market is specialised and international. The audience is small, knowledgeable, and quick to notice a detail that is wrong, so careful work beats high output here.

We are a small team, and you would have direct access to the founders, the domain experts, the engineers, and the clients. You would work with our Marketing Lead once that role is filled. Until then, directly with the CEO, with clear priorities and review.

    The role

You will run the day-to-day execution of our marketing: content production, event coordination, prospect tracking, and marketing operations.

It is a hands-on junior-to-mid-level role, and the honest description is that a good share of it is calendars, checklists, logistics, and follow-up. Not glamorous, and the function does not work without it.

Nobody expects you to produce technical thought leadership on your own. The domain expertise sits with the founders, the Business Analyst, the Technical Writer, and other specialists. Your job is turning what they know into finished, publication-ready work, and keeping the process moving.

    What you will do

    • Draft, edit, and repurpose content: social posts, short articles, newsletters, case studies, event recaps, product updates.
    • Turn expert input into publication-ready material through drafting, editing, fact-checking, and adapting for each channel.
    • Maintain the content calendar, coordinate reviews, and hold an agreed publishing cadence.
    • Run day-to-day LinkedIn and mailing-list activity: scheduling, watching engagement, coordinating responses.
    • Coordinate event logistics: registration, travel, speaker and booth requirements, attendee information, materials, follow-up.
    • Maintain the events calendar and write down what actually happened after each one, including what went badly.
    • Keep prospect and opportunity information organised and current for the Marketing Lead and the founders.
    • Support list management, segmentation, and basic reporting across marketing activity, events, and inbound interest.
    • Track engagement signals and route inquiries and follow-ups to the right person.
    • Help maintain the marketing operations setup: contact management, email, analytics, publishing, scheduling.
    • Support research, competitor monitoring, proposals, and presentations as priorities shift.
    • Talk directly to prospects, partners, suppliers, and event organisers when the work needs it.

    What you bring

    • 2+ years in B2B marketing, content, communications, events, marketing operations, or comparable work.
    • Evidence you can write to a publication-ready standard. Professional work, a portfolio, or your own projects all count.
    • Strong written and spoken Croatian and English. External content is mostly English; internally we use both.
    • Organisational habits that survive contact with calendars, checklists, reviews, and deadlines all running at once.
    • Confidence with spreadsheets, contact databases, and content management systems.
    • Attention to accuracy, tone, formatting, and consistency.
    • The ability to take a brief, ask the useful question, and make a draft better on the second pass.
    • Willingness to learn a technical and regulatory domain well enough to draft credibly and to know when you need expert review.
    • Comfort holding recurring operational work steady while priorities move around it.
    • Willingness to travel to industry events several times a year.
    • A considered view on AI-assisted tooling, including where it does not help.

You do not need to arrive as a suptech expert.

    Useful additional experience

    • B2B software, fintech, regtech, suptech, financial services, or another regulated product
    • contact management, CRM administration, or basic marketing analytics
    • email marketing, social publishing, or content management
    • event coordination, sponsorship logistics, or speaker support
    • simple visual content for social media and event materials
    • SEO and content distribution
    • video editing or webinar support
    • French

    First 60 days

Learn the working rhythm, keep an accurate content and events calendar, keep prospect information current, and deliver the recurring work reliably under direction.

After that, the step up is authoring pieces yourself instead of shaping other people's, and owning a project end to end.

    Working at CRT

    • Remote anywhere in the EU, with occasional trips to Zagreb.
    • Flexible hours. Zagreb time is when most of us overlap.
    • Travel to industry events several times a year, reimbursed.
    • Direct exposure to founders, domain experts, international partners, and a specialised customer market.
    • Laptop and phone provided.
    • Time off above the statutory minimum is negotiable.

    How we hire

Three weeks from first call to offer is the target.

    1. Screening call. Fit, scope, working arrangement, travel.
    2. Portfolio and a short exercise: content, event planning, or organising prospect information.
    3. Psychological assessment. We explain the format and purpose before this stage.
    4. Founder meeting, with the CEO and the Marketing Lead if that role is filled by then.
    5. Offer.
