About CRT and CORA
CRT builds CORA, a supervisory technology platform used by central banks and financial regulators in more than 20 jurisdictions. It covers regulatory reporting, supervisory workflows, analytics, and AI-assisted processing.
Our clients are senior specialists in banking, insurance, pensions, securities, and other regulated sectors. What they need sits at the intersection of regulation, quantitative reasoning, structured data, operational process, and technology, and you rarely get to deal with one of those at a time.
Delivery is about ten people. You would work directly with the founders, our Chief Compliance Officer, the engineering team, client delivery colleagues, and the regulators themselves.
The role
You will connect what supervisors need with something our engineers can build and configure. Discovery, requirements, demonstrations, delivery support, and helping clients turn regulatory ambition into a capability that ships.
This is a domain-heavy job, international, and frequently quantitative. It is a poor fit for a generalist enterprise BA looking for process work.
There is room to grow into broader domain-led product or commercial ownership as the function develops.
The uncomfortable part of the job: you are often the person telling a central bank that what they asked for is out of scope, or that their timeline does not survive contact with the taxonomy. That conversation does not get delegated upward every time.
What you will do
- Lead discovery workshops with central banks and financial supervisors: their mandate, their reporting practice, what hurts, and where they want to end up.
- Turn that into specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, decision logs, and requirements someone can trace back to a source.
- Configure and demonstrate CORA for prospects and existing clients, adapted to their regulatory framework and priorities.
- Define requirements for report templates, validation rules, taxonomies, workflows, case management, and analytics.
- Act as a primary client contact during delivery: reviews, scope boundaries, escalating blockers, supporting UAT and sign-off.
- Read regulatory frameworks and work out what they mean for CORA's data, workflow, and reporting capabilities.
- Support proposals and demonstrations where domain credibility decides the outcome.
- Keep the documentation that stops delivery decisions from living only in someone's head.
- Commit inside agreed scope, and bring the material product, commercial, or delivery decisions to the right person.
What you bring
- 3+ years in business analysis, requirements analysis, product analysis, quantitative consulting, regulated finance, or comparable client-facing analytical work.
- Strong quantitative reasoning. Mathematics, physics, statistics, actuarial science, quantitative finance, econometrics — how you got there matters less than that you did.
- Financial literacy: reading financial statements, understanding ratios and reporting concepts, and picking up an unfamiliar regulatory framework without hand-holding.
- Workshops and structured conversations with senior stakeholders, led by you.
- Requirements-writing discipline: acceptance criteria, decision records, traceability from business need to delivered capability.
- Comfort with structured data and spreadsheets. SQL or another query capability helps.
- The ability to explain a complex regulatory or technical topic to whoever is in the room.
- Excellent written and spoken Croatian and English. Client work is mostly English; internally we use both.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for discovery, demonstrations, and delivery several times a year.
- A considered view on AI-assisted tooling for research, analysis, and drafting, including where it does not help.
You do not need prior suptech experience.
Useful additional experience
- a central bank, financial supervisor, regulated financial institution, or regulatory technology vendor
- Solvency II, Basel III, IFRS, IORP, MiCA, DORA, sustainability reporting, or another supervisory framework
- XBRL or another structured reporting taxonomy
- SQL, Python, R, or small scripts to check data and assumptions
- suptech, regtech, fintech, or enterprise software implementation
- product demonstrations, proposal development, or pre-sales in a complex B2B environment
- French
First 90 days
Know CORA's main capabilities, contribute independently to a live client engagement, and run discovery or requirements sessions with the founders stepping back as you go.
